- Once payment has been received, your purchase will be prepared for dispatch to a courier within 1 working day.
- If you live in UK mainland, your delivery should arrive at the address provided in 3-5 working days; if you live outside of UK mainland your delivery can take between 4-9 working days.
- The above applies to in-stock items. ‘Preorder’ and ‘Group Buy’ purchases may require additional days for dispatch.
- Additional fees apply for deliveries to The Republic of Ireland
Pickup service
- Items will be available to collect the day after dispatch.Note:you can email us or leave customer notes on the order page to book the pickup service
- Pickup service usually happens during weekdays :From 9:00a.m.-5:00 p.m.
- Because of size and weight limited, the parcels which are over 1.5 m, over 30KG, can't be delivered beyond the UK.This pickup service available for you.
Delivery Zone
- Depending on where you live, Our shipping partners only transport our goods to the UK mainland.
- If you live outside the UK mainland, please refer to the list of delivery coverage at bottom or consult us via email before placing an order on the site.
- Unfortunately, we do not ship products to the remote area B such as Highlands & Island \ Channel Islands \ Northern Ireland (BT) \ BFPO \ Isle of Man (IM), post code HS / ZE / GY / JE / BT / BF / IM is the beginning of the area B
